1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using PearsonCreditAcademy.com or purchasing any services, products, or programs from Pearson Credit Academy (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Pearson Credit Academy provides credit education, consulting, and credit improvement support services. These services may include:

Credit report analysis
Dispute assistance guidance
Financial literacy education
Credit coaching and consulting
Digital resources and templates

We are not a credit bureau, creditor, or financial institution.

3. No Guarantees or Results

You acknowledge and agree that:

No specific credit score increase is guaranteed
No deletion of items from credit reports is guaranteed
Credit results vary based on individual credit history and third-party reporting agencies
We do not guarantee approval for credit, loans, housing, or financing

All services are provided on a best-effort, professional service basis only.

4. CROA Compliance (Credit Repair Organizations Act)

Pearson Credit Academy complies with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA).

You have the right to:

Cancel your contract within three (3) business days without penalty
Receive a full refund if cancellation is made within this period
Dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself at no cost

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Submit required documents and updates in a timely manner
Cooperate with service instructions and recommendations
Respond to credit bureau correspondence within required timeframes

Failure to comply may impact service effectiveness.

6. Payments & Billing

By purchasing services, you authorize Pearson Credit Academy to charge your selected payment method for:

One-time services
Subscription-based services
Recurring payments (if applicable)

You agree to maintain valid payment information on file.

7. Refund Policy Integration

All refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You acknowledge:

Refunds are not guaranteed after the CROA 3-day cancellation window
Refund eligibility requires strict compliance with service requirements
Services already performed are non-refundable

8. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

You agree not to initiate chargebacks without first contacting us to resolve the issue.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

Immediate termination of services
Loss of access to digital materials
Collection efforts for unpaid balances
Legal or administrative dispute resolution

9. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, documents, and resources provided by Pearson Credit Academy are the intellectual property of the Company and may not be:

Copied
Resold
Distributed
Shared without written permission

10. Communications Consent (SMS & Email)

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive communications from us including:

Email updates
Service notifications
Promotional messages
SMS/text messages (if opted in)

Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time.

11. Limitation of Liability

Pearson Credit Academy is not liable for:

Credit decisions made by third parties
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of credit opportunities or financing approvals

All services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

12. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

You violate these Terms
Payment issues occur
Fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected
You fail to comply with service requirements

13. Third-Party Services

We are not responsible for third-party websites, tools, or services linked or referenced through our platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
